GUIDELINES

Photography and film assets from Denis Guzzo’s archive are available as serial-rights copyright releases. Copyright is a complex subject: fees are calculated considering their complexity in execution and the investments that apply in their creation, mostly according to standard professional fees and are subject to be negotiated with the Author at his sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. The more precise the information you provide, the better your request can be estimated. After the agreement on the estimate, the files will be sent directly via a cloud-based download link; after payment of the invoice. The delivery will include the signed Copyright-release. Bank transfer is the most suitable payment method, while PayPal may be used in case of urgency.

 

Discounts are available for packages that include multiple assets. Furthermore, Denis Guzzo does apply discounts for both research and cultural institutions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Copyright releases of on-demand assets are effective only after payment and are not refundable. The copyright release is effective as soon as your payment is received and you have licensed the content. Credit © Denis Guzzo must always be reported. The amount of € 25 for photography and € 35 for film applies for each copyright release, as an administration and data transfer fee.

FILM AND TV PRODUCTIONS
License for film shots is variable in different prices depending on the quality [ HD or 4K ] and length. Further, the
fees are calculated depending on the distribution channels such as streaming platforms, TV broadcasts, or even the big screen. Please get in touch with more details for a custom estimate. Please list all URLs where it will be displayed, including social media URLs.
